How to view a booking
You can use either the Owner Portal, or Outdore App to view bookings.
Portal
The Summary is a dashboard view of reservations, showing arrivals and departures on a specific day, a summary of purchased extras for bookings arriving on a specific day, and a list of recently confirmed bookings. Clicking the name of the guest (underlined) will open the booking in a side panel.
You can change the view of reservations to a scrollable grid by clicking either the Camping or Glamping tab at the top of the screen. Click any booking within the grid to open a panel, revealing the fuller details. You can search and filter for bookings to help you find a particular booking.
App
If you are already logged into the Outdore App, the calendar grid will open for you by default. Tap any booking to open the full details. You can search and filter for bookings to help you find a particular booking.
There is currently no Summary view within the app.
