Certificated club sites
Outdore offer a £10pm discount on the Standard Plan for sites licenced to operate by a club holding a planning exemption certificate.
VAT
The costs and income shown both exclude VAT if you ticked “I’m VAT registered”.
Website costs
Outdore offers the option of a free website with every listing. QBook offers a website for an additional £10+VAT monthly. Bedful, GlampManager, Innstyle and Freetobook don’t offer a website service, so instead a Wix Lite plan is assumed at £9+VAT monthly. These costs are added if you ticked “I need a website”.
iCal costs
Outdore’s Standard Plan includes support for up to 4 channels (Starter plan 1 channel).
Freetobook charges £1(+VAT) per booking (maximum £69 + VAT pm), plus a one off connection fee of £49 (+VAT) per channel.
Bedful charges an additional £12 (+VAT) monthly for iCal for up to 10 units, and a further £1.20 (+VAT) monthly for additional units.
GlampManager include 15 inbound iCals links and charge £1 (+VAT) monthly for each additional iCal link.
QBook charge 20p (+VAT) per booking for camping & 50p (+VAT) per booking for glamping bookings synced from other channels via their channel manager.
Stripe
Outdore do not charge a fee to use Stripe, and not not apply any loadings to your Stripe transaction costs. Innstyle and QBook do apply a platform loading to Stripe fees: QBook add £3 per month plus 10p/booking (+VAT), Innstyle add 0.3% (+VAT). As these loadings are income for Innstyle / QBook they have been shown as “Stripe gateway access and loading fees” within the Monthly booking system cost section.
One-off set-up fees
Outdore do not charge any. Bedful charge £100 (+VAT) for upto 5 units, or £180 (+VAT) for more than 5 units. QBook charge £99 (+VAT). Freetobook charge £49 (+VAT) for each iCal channel set up.
Guest booking fee
When listed with Outdore you can opt to recover your Stripe fees (Standard plan) or your Stripe and Outdore fees (Starter plan) from your guest by adding a small guest booking fee to each booking. This income is included when you tick “Camping fee recovery” or “Glamping fee recovery”.
Competitor Plans
To ensure plans with equivalent features are compared, Bedful Plus and GlampManager Professional plans are assumed.
Freetobook charge annually for messaging and Stripe, and these costs have been shown as monthly equivalents in “Subscription or PAYG booking fees” and “Stripe gateway access or loading fees” respectively. Freetobook also charge £15pm for their “Reputation suite” which is also included in “Subscription or PAYG booking fees”, as all Outdore plans include an optional automated review gathering feature.
Innstyle and QBook offer a single plan.
