The Map’s table
Every pitch and glamping unit placed on the Map will create a column in the table.
If you want to re-order the columns to help complete the table, simply click and drag the header.
- Give each asset a name or number.
- Assign the asset a rate group.
- Take the time to add a brief description. If you leave this blank, we’ll use the site long description from the Site details tab instead.
- Add a few photos. This step is required for glamping units but not for pitches. If you don’t have any photos yet, we’ll use your site photos instead.
Camping columns:
- Tell us how many bookable units (pitches) are in your drawn shape.
- Define the maximum dimensions of the camping unit(s) you allow. This is not the maximum dimensions of the pitch itself.
- What is the ground type?
- If any, select the features that are present on the pitch. If you want to charge extra for hookups, make sure to select water hookup or electric hookup for the relevant pitches. You’ll be able to set the charges for hookups in Rate extras from within the Rates tab.
- Specify your pitch rules such as awnings, firepits and parking. If you want to charge extra for awnings, make sure to select from the relevant awning types allowed on each pitch. You’ll be able to set the charges for awnings in Rate extras from within the Rates tab.
Glamping columns:
- Scroll down past the camping specific attributes (if they are there).
- Tell us the number of adult and child beds.
- If any, select what is provided at each unit for your guests.
- If any, select from the facilities offered at each unit.
