Following date changes, Outdore always confirms the change by SMS to the guest.
The booking details in the guest’s Trips section in the Outdore App will be updated for any change.
Cancel bookings
When a guest cancels, any payments already made will not be refunded to them. If you wish to make a discretionary refund you may do so through your Stripe dashboard.
In the rare event that you need to cancel a booking, the guest is given a full refund of all payments already made.

Minimise the risk of double bookings by keeping availability up to date across any combination of sales channels with iCal.
Outdore offers import and export iCal synchronisation with up to four sales channels of your choice e.g Pitchup, Campsites.co.uk, Hipcamp, Airbnb.

We’ll populate your synchronised Pitchup bookings with the estimated arrival time, group details, contact details and any guest special requirements.

Overdue payments
Outdore highlights any booking an overdue payment.
Online bookings have their balances collected automatically. If Stripe fails to collect a scheduled card payment (e.g. for lack of funds or an expired card) Outdore will email an invoice to guest to pay the outstanding balance. The highlight is removed when paid.
Bookings raised yourself from the Outdore calendar will send and/or schedule invoices for the guest to pay, and remain highlighted whilst an invoice remains due.
