Booking software for camping clubs with features to handle guest memberships. Use Outdore to take online, email or phone bookings for free.
Memberships
You may set-up your site either requiring guests to be an existing member to book, or allow guests to join the club after booking.
If you allow joining after booking, Outdore provides a link to your club website joining page, and prompts the guest to join whenever they open the Outdore App.
Greener Camping Club
Charge your guests the joining fee yourself by adding the fee as an extra to your rates.
Simply add an extra to buy under similar wording to “Greener camping membership” and Outdore will explain the joining fee process to your guests.
Woodland Champions
Guests will join the club for free at the time of booking.
The club does not have a concept of guest membership numbers or renewals.
Guest's memberships flagged
Outdore will display a yellow circle against the reservation in your calendar when a membership number is added (CAMC and C&CC only).
Greener Camping Club
Outdore will display the yellow tick when the guest has paid the £12 membership fee. No tick means you can query the guest upon arrival.
Woodland Champions
As membership is free and without membership numbers, the yellow tick is not used for Woodland Champion sites.
Memberships stored
Memberships are stored in the guest profile in the Outdore App. The relevant membership is added to a booking automatically, giving a faster checkout experience.
Greener Camping Club
The guest’s email is stored as the membership ID.
Woodland Champions
The guest name and email is used instead of a membership number.
